1. High-Quality Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve, suitable for high-intensity and high-frequency drainage with varying processing capacities.
2. Dual-system design with a built-in BYPASS, applicable for draining extremely large water quantities in equipment.
3. Stainless steel high-pressure model, designed for W50ba high-pressure drainage.
4. Heavy-duty mechanical drain without the need for electrical connection, suitable for high-volume and heavy-load conditions in applications such as air tanks, centrifuges, and dryers.
5. Although the lifespan of the electric ball valve type is shorter, it is more suitable for harsh conditions with a large volume of impurities
 

Working Principle

HD Series Zero Air Consumption Smart Drain 1. The condensate flows into the chamber. The water level in the chamber is slowly rising
2.Condensate reaches high water level. Signal from level sensor. Activate solenoid valve to start draining
3.Discharge of condensate to low water level. Signal from level sensor. Close the solenoid valve to stop draining
4.When the solenoid valve is closed, the Liquid level is still slightly above the drain. Remaining portion of condensate, forming a liquid seal. No compressed air discharge

Drainage Count/Electronic Liquid Level:
Records drainage frequency for accurate assessment of operational status. Displays liquid level. Fault Alarm/Intelligent Restoration:
In the event of liquid level or electromagnetic valve faults in the drain, the control system issues automatic repair command
The electromagnetic valve forcefully operates according to the instructions until the fault is rectified. Anti-Air Resistance Function:
In the presence of an ‘air resistance’ fault, the control system issues repair commands, prompting the electromagnetic valve to act forcefully until the fault is resolved.”
